This policy applies to all information received by Rebuilding Together Sandoval County, both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the Rebuilding Together Sandoval County website), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
 
Rebuilding Together Sandoval County ("RTSC") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its website ("Site"). This privacy policy ("Policy") governs the use of the personal information you provide when you visit our Site ("Your Information").

For homeowners requesting services, RTSC may share homeowner information collected through this website with Rebuilding Together, Inc. In addition, RTSC may share homeowner information with other RTSC partnering organizations. RTSC will not sell or publicly share individual homeowner information without the consent of the homeowner, except as permitted by the privacy policy.
 
RTSC also may share volunteer data collected through the website with Rebuilding Together, Inc. RTSC will not sell or publicly share individual volunteer information without the consent of the volunteer, except as permitted by the privacy policy.
 

Use and Disclosure of Your Information
We use Your Information for the purposes for which you provide it. For example, if you register to receive our [Re]Builder News, we use Your Information to create your account and to send you newsletter and other updates. RTSC uses cookies and other means to collect anonymous data from Site visitors for the purpose of gathering information on how visitors use the Site so that we may enhance your experience and improve the Site's functionality. RTP does not link the anonymous data collected on the Site to the personal information of an individual visitor.

RTSC takes precautions to host and maintain the Site in a secure manner and to safeguard it from unauthorized access. For example, we protect your account information with passwords and firewalls. Neither RTSC not its service providers, however, can guarantee that any transmission of personal information over the internet is secure, and you use the Site at your own risk.
 

Children 
RTSC does not knowingly collect information on the Site from children under the age of 13. If we ever learn that we have collected any personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
