She had to manually fill her toilet tank just to flush. And without water, she could not cool her home in the summers. For five years, every day required extra effort just to manage the basics. Because of your support, critical plumbing repairs were completed and water was restored to her home. This week she was able to take her first real shower in her home in 5 years. It was more than a moment — it was a restoration of dignity and independence. This is what your generosity makes possible. When you give, you aren’t just funding repairs. Rebuilding Together Sandoval County is in need of volunteers. We will be repairing 60+ homes over the next year and need help to get the work done! We are mostly working with contractors to do the larger jobs, but there's still lots to get done! Here are some of the areas where we need help, but if you want to get involved, we can certainly find a role for you!​
